Recharge phone without electricity

I'm not sure if this one is fake or not, but it's pretty interesting. If you are in a place without electricity, you can use this solution to charge your phone. Drown two batteries in a cup of water for 1 hour. Use the USB cable and drop it in the water, then link the other part with the phone. Is it working for you?
